- ¿Intuición o confianza racional?(2018) García Arnaldos, María DoloresAccording to the traditional conception, the justification of basic logical beliefs ?understood both inferentially and non-inferentially? cannot avoid either circularity or regression to infinity. To justify logical basic rules inferentially involves using logical principles, so a vicious circle is generated. Appealing to basic sources such as intuition, does not avoid such problems. I will argue that it is necessary to resort to an entitlement, a sub-class within the epistemic warrants. If we also accept that intuiting is something that we do and not something that happens to us, we can sustain that intuition, indeed, is based on a rational trust.

This paper analyzes the fruits of mechanics in order to determine its role in the achievement of a good life. For this purpose, it will be analyzed the kind of good which mechanics provides us and the various instruments necessary to achieve it.
- La cognificació de l'art(2018) Vilar Roca, GerardThe Cognification of Art Resum: Amb el terme ?cognificació?, un mot pres en préstec de l?argot de la Intel.ligència Artificial, designo alguns dels processos pels quals les obres d?art han anat convertint-se cada cop més en dispositius per a la generació de coneixement. En particular, d?una banda, es tracta en aquest article dels fenòmens d?artificació d?objectes reals, com és el cas de la caixa de sabates de Gabriel Orozco, fenòmens que es remunten als ready-mades de Duchamp i que es generalitzen en el darrer mig segle, i, de l?altra, el fenomen de les pràctiques d?investigació artística que s?han generalitzat en els darrers quinze anys, fenomen que alhora és d?artificació de la recerca. Aquests fenòmens de cognificació, que alhora són d?artificació estètica en sentit fort, plantegen el problema d?en què consisteix de fet la transformació de quelcom en un dispositiu cognitiu artístic. Per aclarir-ho es discuteixen algunes idees de Kant, de Danto i de Deleuze. Paraules clau: cognificació, artificació, idea estètica, Orozco, Kant, Danto i Deleuze. With the term "cognification", a word borrowed from the jargon of Artificial Intelligence, I designate some of the processes by which works of art have increasingly become devices for the generation of knowledge. In particular, on the one hand, this article deals with the phenomena of artification of real objects such as the shoe box of Gabriel Orozco, phenomena that go back to Duchamp's ready-mades and which are widespread in the last half century, and, on the other hand, the practices of artistic research that have become widespread in the last fifteen years, a phenomenon that is at the same time an artification of research. These phenomena of cognification, which at the same time are examples of aesthetic artification in a strong sense, raise the problem of what the transformation of something into a cognitive artistic device really is. To clarify this, some ideas of Kant, Danto and Deleuze are discussed. Keywords: cognification, artification, aesthetic idea, Orozco, Kant, Danto, Deleuze.
- Feminisme neoliberal : un oxímoron?(2018) Medina-Vicent, MaríaNeoliberal Feminism: An Oxymoron? Resum: En el present escrit tractem d?aproximar-nos al concepte de ?feminisme neoliberal? per tal d?identificar-ne les principals característiques i contradiccions. Així doncs, l?objectiu principal que ens plantegem tracta de discernir si és possible, atenent al context actual de desenvolupament del moviment feminista en un marc neoliberal, parlar de ?feminisme neoliberal?, o si pel contrari, es tracta d?un concepte que és en sí mateix un oxímoron. Partint del sentit de transformació social cap a la justícia intrínsec al moviment feminista, tractarem de veure com la lògica neoliberal ha condicionat o influenciat en aquest moviment en l?actualitat. Alhora establirem una hipòtesis que es formula com segueix: l?existència d?una identitat feminista neoliberal conviu amb un ressorgiment de l?arrel política del feminisme, cosa que converteix l?escenari actual en un context ple de reptes i dilemes per a aquest moviment. Concloem que en aquests temps el compromís crític del feminisme s?ha de mostrar més fort que mai front a les immanències del sistema neoliberal. In this paper we approach the concept ?Neoliberal Feminism? in order to identify their main characteristics and contradictions. The main objective of this paper is to discern whether it is possible to talk about ?Neoliberal Feminism? in response to the development of feminism in a neoliberal framework, or on the contrary, whether this concept is just an oxymoron. Departing from the sense of social transformation towards justice intrinsic to the feminist movement, we address how the neoliberal logic has conditioned or influenced this movement at present. At the same time, we establish a hypothesis that is formulated as follows: the existence of a neoliberal feminist identity coexists with a resurgence of the political roots of feminism. This reality turns the current scenario into a context full of challenges and dilemmas for the feminist struggle. We conclude that nowadays the critical commitment of feminism must be stronger than ever in front of the immanence of the neoliberal system.
