The two texts that make up this book form a sort of diptych that allows us to enter into a rich constellation of reflections and issues around education for global citizenship, one of the central references of Sustainable Development Goal 4 until 2030. A concept, that of global citizenship, always embedded in the very concept and meaning of what are and should be in their application and development the Human Rights approved in 1948 in their enrichment expanded by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, both approved in 1966.
