Diseño e implementación de talleres para la cualificación y el empleo. Una experiencia en formación profesional

In this communication, the design and development of different seminars and workshops for job search are presented, implementing teamwork strategies. We assume that educational institutions have to bring students in training to the business world providing them with tools for job search 2.0 We intend the following objectives: to encourage the development of skills and potential of the students so that they can manage their own professional career; Improve the professional profile of students and their opportunities for employment; Promote student reflection on their own abilities and expectations; and, to know the different training options and the situation of the labor market in Spain. All from an inclusive school approach.

Este trabajo se centra en el diseño y desarrollo de diferentes seminarios y talleres para la búsqueda de empleo implementando estrategias de trabajo en equipo. Se ha llevado a cabo en el contexto de las Escuelas de Artesanos de Valencia durante el curso académico 2017-2018. En concreto en el Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio “Instalaciones Eléctricas y Automáticas” en la asignatura Formación y Orientación Laboral.
