Es esencial conocer las claves sobre las que el Derecho diseña y estructura la adopción y sobre las que establece sus mecanismos de control y resulta indispensable aproximarse a los análisis sociológicos, psicológicos y estadísticos para constatar el cumplimiento real de las previsiones jurídicas a la ahora de constatar si el objetivo de integrar al menor desamparado en una nueva familia se cumple efectivamente. Por otra parte hemos tratado de identificar los factores diferenciales identificables en quienes deciden afrontar un proceso de adopción.
