- La Nova cançó i l'escriptura lírica(1997) Meseguer, LluísThe Nova Cançó has not only been an important linguistic and civil phenomenon in Catalan life in the latest decades. It has also been a literary phenomenon that deserves to be analysed, taking into account both the lyrics of the important authors and the great variety and quantity of poems that, with music, became songs. The article studies this artistic production.
- Sobre el teatre independent valencià i la nova escriptura teatral(1997) Rosselló, Ramón X.This article aims to study the independent Valencian drama (1968-1978) especially the activity of the groups who work with the Catalan language. In the first part there is a review of the development of this movement, centered above all on the relationship that these groups had with the Valencian drama tradition. The second part reviews the most remarkable dramatists and groups of the period: Josep Lluís Sirera, Rodolf Sirera, Manuel Molins and the Group 49, Pluja Teatre and Juli Leal and Carnestoltes.

In this article there is a characterization of fact in general terms and a detailed study of remarkable authors (in particular, Josep Lozano and Joan Perucho).
- La poesia catalana i el boom de l'any 1972(1997) Aulet, JaumeThe year of 1972 is a very important date in the understanding of the evolution of Catalan poetry, during the decade of the 70's. The changes in this year make up the basic framework for the future characterization of the genre. The article aims to establish a syncronized break away from the year previously mentioned to choose the objective facts that this break demonstrates and interpret them in order to show the repercussion of all. There are four basic elements: the death of Gabriel Ferrater; the publication of three fundamental poetry books by significant poets (Pere Gimferrer, Narcís Comadira and Francesc Parcerisas); the appearance of new names like Xavier Bru de Sala or Ramon Pinyol, and the formatiom of the magazine group Tarotdequinze.
- Marta o la lluna percudida: A propòsit d'una conversa poètica de Miquel Martí i Pol(1997) Carbó Aguilar, FerranThis article deals with one of the most significant aspects of the poetry of Miquel Martí i Pol during a rich poetic period in the seventies, that is to say the strategy of undoubling which permits an apparent dialogue between the poet and anothe one. This resource is revised in one of the most republished books of the period, Estimada Marta, through the analysis of the formation of the alter ego Marta, which makes possible the celebration of the anniversary of illness and above all, through poetry, the exaltation of desire and imagination.
- Jesús Moncada o l'art de contar amb la mà esquerra(1997) Alonso, VicenteThe author of the article analyses a short-stories collection by Jesús Moncada from the point of view of their title: Històries de la mà esquerra. Vicent Alonso considers that the title is a key element of the form of publication of contemporary short-stories. And, consequently, it is a key element of their interpretation. The author tries to define the characteristics of a way of story telling (telling things indirectly) which requires a different role from the reader of these kinds of texts.

The article analyses the literary mechanisms and the stylistic resources that the work offers.

- La nova dramatúrgia catalana : de la perplexitat a la diversitat(1997) Batlle, CarlesIn the Catalan theatrical world —considered only from the Principat angle— a series of factors defined the continuity and the renovation of the genre occurring between 1975 and 1985, through dramatic works already known years before and the success of new writers. The article establishes a balanced view and lists largely the authors and works of the period.
