The family is basic cell of society, therefore, any reform which in relation to it is carried out in the legal system must be deeply considered or thought or reflected about. In the last decade, some of the main modifications at a legislative level have been inspired by the constitutional principle of free personality development, for this reason it is necessary to understand the sense of freedom to which it alludes to and since it can´t be understood only in relation to such personality but especially regarding its real protagonist, theperson
