- Report of two spontaneous, rare phenotypic traits in the genus Phillyrea L.(2018) Medina Gavilán, José LuisEn esta nota documento la presencia de dos expresiones fenotípicas desconocidas, espontáneas y excepcionalmente raras, que afectan a caracteres reproductivos en plantas adultas del género mediterráneo Phillyrea (Oleaceae): (i) un morfo con un estigma anormalmente largo y lóbulos transformados en dos ramas (i.e. fenotipo de estigma profundo), detectado en una población de Phillyrea latifolia L. en el noreste de España, y (ii) un morfo con frutos carentes de antocianinas (i.e. fenotipo de frutos sin pigmentación), en una población de Phillyrea angustifolia L. del suroeste español. Ambos fenotipos se manifestaron con muy baja frecuencia dentro de sus respectivas poblaciones. A pesar de ello, se discute la adquisición de estos nuevos caracteres en un contexto eco-evolutivo, revelando su uso potencial como modelo de estudio con el que explorar hipótesis adaptativas en condiciones naturales.
- Aportaciones a la flora de la cuenca endorreica de la laguna de Gallocanta(2018) Picornell Segura, EulàliaContributions of 120 taxa of vascular plants found on the endorheic basin of the Gallocanta lake, that are interesting for her plants list, highlighting some new records for Zaragoza province like Blackstonia acuminata, or for Teruel province, like Chenopodium chenopodioides, Epilobium brachycarpum o Limodorum trabutianum.
- Dianthus × ossetianus (Caryophyllaceae), un nuevo híbrido para la flora valenciana(2018) Ferrer-Gallego, Pedro Pablo; Laguna Lumbreras, EmilioA new hybrid of the genus Dianthus (Caryophyllaceae), D. × ossetianus is described coming from the hybridization between D. broteri subsp. valentinus and D. edetanus. A morphological description is reported, emphasizing the main diagnostic characters which allow the separation from its parent taxa. This hybrid has been found at the provinces of Castellón and Valencia.
- Importantes disyunciones para dos especies del género Limonium Mill. (Plumbaginaceae) en la Comunidad Valenciana(2018) Ferrer-Gallego, Pedro Pablo; Navarro, Albert; Laguna Lumbreras, EmilioTwo relevant records from the chorological point of view for Limonium caesium and L. supinum (Plumbaginaceae) are provided. The first species has been found in the Castellon province, and the second in Valencia province (Valencian Community, Spain). These populations are the northernmost cites of both species within the Valencian territory, since they were only known in the Alicante province.

Pugsley subsp. brevicoronatus (Pugsley) Uribe-Echebarría and related taxa group asturiensis-minor (Amaryllidaceae) is here presented. Changes in the nomenclature of this group are proposed and keys to differentiate the three recognized subspecies are provided

After a introduction dedicated to gloss the personality of the Colombian botanist, stopping in some biographical notes, a critical relationship is made on the 214 sheets of the Herbarium of Enrique Pérez Arbeláez. Collections in Europe, collected in Spain between 1922 and 1925, deposited in the Colombian National Herbarium (COL).
