- El despido disciplinario por embriaguez o toxicomanía:(Asociación Española de Estudio en Drogodependencias, AESED, 2022) Escribá Pérez, Ana N.Article 54 of the Workers? Statute establishes the legally assessed causes in order to exercise the maximum sanctions against a worker permitted by our legal system: disciplinary dismissal. This article aims to establish both the causes and the grounds for the same in the case of drunkenness or drug addiction of the worker, as well as the appropriate procedure and the possible issues of completion of the process -declaration of origin, inadmissibility and nullity of the dismissal-. The structure of the article allows an initial temporary vision of the study of the issue from its incorporation to the Labour Law in 1941 to the present, the concretion of the concepts of habituality and negative repercussion in the work -as the basis of the justification of the disciplinary dismissal for drunkenness or drug addiction- and the legal concept of disciplinary dismissal for the aforementioned cause, as well as its possible qualifications based on the justification and form of disciplinary dismissal.

- Modificaciones en el consumo recreativo de cannabis durante el confinamiento domiciliario en la pandemia por la COVID-19:(Asociación Española de Estudio en Drogodependencias, AESED, 2022) Medina Castillo, Alba; Aguilón Leiva, Juan José; Torres Pérez, Antonio Manuel; Mir Ramos, Eduardo; Fernández Rodrigo, Mª Teresa; Satústegui Dordá, Pedro JoséThe aim of this article was to analyse the influence of population confinement on the experience of cannabis use and to identify the factors that modulate the pattern of cannabis use in a group of drug users living in the autonomous community of Aragón (Spain). For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out based on sixteen semi-structured personal interviews with cannabis users according to a non-random snowball sampling. After analysing their discourse, changes were observed both in terms of an increase and a decrease in the experience of consumption, as well as a possible relationship between the changes in the consumption pattern of these users and the restrictions decreed by the government of this country. Thus, it was concluded that the population confinement generated changes in the consumption pattern of drug users, with an increase in consumption occurring in users with an increase in available free time and who had collected cannabis prior to asylum. Meanwhile, the reduction was related to the decrease in opportunities to consume cannabis, lack of knowledge of suppliers and longer working hours, mainly.
Their objectives are reduction or prevention of substance use, promotion of family relationships, promotion of parenting skills, and increase of children personal and social skills. Method: Cuasi-experimental design with control group. Final sample of this study was 305 parents and 262 children. Evaluation instrument includes the Questionnaire about Drug Attitudes, measuring readiness towards substance use, wrong beliefs and normative beliefs. The instrument also contains questions about tobacco and alcohol use. Cluster analysis on tobacco and alcohol use, and drug attitudes is calculated. Results: tobacco use descends after program intervention. Declarations on alcohol use are not reliable. On drug attitudes, readiness towards substance use descends after intervention, but it is not significant. Wrong beliefs on drugs decrease, but not in a significant way. Normative beliefs increase, nevertheless not significantly. Regarding cluster analysis, according to their responses to tobacco use and drug attitudes, it is possible to identify three levels of risk. 4.7% of the adolescents interviewed would belong to the high risk level, 24.3% would belong to the middle or middle down level and 70.9% would belong to the low risk level. Discussion: general results of the PCF-U 11-14 show good results in family and parenting skills (investigated elsewhere). Nevertheless, when it takes to tobacco and alcohol use and to drug attitudes, only tobacco use results are significant. The program might be slightly short for high and medium risk levels.
- Dependencia emocional, celos románticos y ciberviolencia en parejas jóvenes : vigilancia y control emocional:(Asociación Española de Estudio en Drogodependencias, AESED, 2022) Granda Cabal, Lucía; Moral Jiménez, María de la VillaBackground: Emotional dependence is based on a maladaptive and idealized vision of the couple?s relationship and romantic myths and linked to the use of control and surveillance mechanisms. Inappropriate behaviors that are aggravated by jealousy minimization are tolerated, relationed also with control comportments that are reflexeted in virtual spaces, specially between youths. Objective: To analyze the relationship between emotional dependence, jealousy and cyber violence in young couples. Method: 263 young people between the ages of 18 and 30 (M = 22.86, SD = 2.71) participated, of which 57.4 % are women and with a predominance of university studies (68.8 %) and heterosexual orientation (85.9 %). Results: The results determined the existence of a relation between emotional dependence, jealousy and cyberviolence. A higher representation was found in men, participants between 24 and 30 years old, not university students, heterosexuals, with two or more sporadic relationships and one or non stable relationship. Conclusions: Emotional dependence is a relevant factor in the manifestations of jealousy and cyber violence in young couples.
- La relación entre el uso problemático del smartphone y la soledad: un meta-análisis:(Asociación Española de Estudio en Drogodependencias, AESED, 2022) Hidalgo Fuentes, SergioProblematic smartphone use has become a global health problem. The objective of this work is to examine the relationship between problematic smartphone use and loneliness using meta-analytic techniques. A bibliographic search was carried out using the Web of Science, Scopus and PsycInfo databases, recovering a total of 26 articles that met the inclusion criteria (n = 25,026). The effect size obtained using a random effects model is significative and positive (Zr = 0.22). The metaregression analysis showed that sex and age are not statistically significative moderating variables. The presence of publication bias is not appreciated. Those subjects who show higher levels of problematic smartphone use also have higher feelings of loneliness. The limitations of the work are presented and their implications are discussed.
