AHcases presented a pathological fracture on the c1inical examination. Three cases reached a complete clinical and radiological suecess. One case got a fair result and the last one had a poor result, with relapse and new fracture, three years after the initial treatment.
- Artroplastias con prótesis g.S.B. en el tratamiento de rodillas muy destruidas e inestables(1986) López Egido, A.; Sánchez Cañizares, M.A.; Albaladejo Mora, Francisco; Nicolas Ros, J.Se han revisado veinticinco prótesis totales de rodilla G.B.S., que han sido realizadas durante el periodo comprendido entre 1979 y 1984, siendo sus resultados francamente satisfactorios, y pensando que en el tratamiento de las artrosis graves de rodilla es una técnica a tener en cuenta, ya que cumple las funciones de aliviar el dolor y corregir los ejes deformados de estas rodillas, al tiempo que le permite al paciente realizar una vida suficiente para sus necesidades cotidianas.
