Interés superior del menor y responsabilidades parentales compartidas: criterios relevantes

At the Rights of Child´s Convention the main topic is the best interest as the guiding principle. Relating to the real life, and the different ways to understand this principle, we are focus on the evaluation and determination of the best interest of the child in the context of a marital crisis, also concerned in the criteria adopted by the doctrine of Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court in accordance with the recent judgments on the exercise of the parental co-responsibility and other measures to be adopted after the breaking off family life.
