Daños en el derecho de familia en el código civil y comercial unificado de Argentina

In Argentina it was sanctioned New Unified Civil and Commercial Code to replace the Civil Code, in force since 1869, and the Commercial Code, in force since 1862. In this New Unified Civil and Commercial Code vary both the rules of civil liability standards family relationships, including divorce caused and fidelity longer a legal duty to become merely a moral duty. In this new Argentine context, the purpose of our work is to determine whether the rules of civil liability to family relationships in general and especially for breach of the new marital duties apply.
