Diagnóstico técnico sobre funciones urbanas y desarrollo territorial en Dénia. Aplicación de un sistema de indicadores

The main objective of the work presented here is the elaboration of a technical diagnosis referring to urban functions, in accordance with the territorial development model of the city of Dénia, based on a wide system of indicators oriented to know the efficiency of the urban structure, its infrastructures and specific equipment, as well as the aspects related to environmental and life quality, the situation of town planning and territorial planning. The final idea is to consider the local area as a territory with the capacity to provide competitive advantages for companies and quality of life for citizens. The diagnosis tries to detect aspects that require intervention or improvements in order to improve the quality of life and territorial competitiveness of the local area.
