La gestión de expedientes juveniles de reforma (I): un análisis de su tramitación en la fiscalía provincial de valencia (2011)
The procedural processing of criminal files initiated against minors in the province of Valencia during the year 2011 is analyzed, studying the exploration of the minor and the referral –or not– to mediation. The analysis of the cases in which a statement of allegations is made, the hearing is substantiated and, where appropriate, a measure is imposed is left for a second part of this study.
