Responsabilidad civil médica por privación de la facultad de optar por el aborto

This paper analyzes the sensitive issue of medical liability in connection with the birth of the human being. From these lines, we criticize the Supreme Court's jurisprudence on the subject, which is very variable. Also, we propose the thesis that the only moral damage which may be compensable is the privation of the faculty to choose the abortion. May not be a damage, in any case, the birth of the human being.
