The pandemic has revealed that one in five hoaxes circulating in the public sphere in Spain are related to health and food (Moreno-Castro et al., 2021). These misleading messages, spread at great speed through social networks and family circles, can have harmful effects on health. For this reason, the CADENUSA project has developed a series of informative guidelines to help the general audience to detect misinformation messages. CADENUSA also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3: Guarantee a healthy life and promote well-being for all ages.
