El régimen de separación de bienes en la LREMV

This article is about the new law of matrimonial property regime in Valencia and supplementary economic system: the separation of property. It discusses the constitutionality of the law, discusses its scope, it examines the legal regime of separation of property as default regime and the obligation of spouses to lift the burdens of marriage, especially important when one is in implementation, given the separation of assets.In this context, the paper explains the concept of general conditions and unfair terms. Also, it highlights the importance of double checking'inclusion test and unfairness test' in order to guarantee the protection of consumer´s interests.
