| This article discusses the possibility of using real rights and real estate registration advertising as an alternative that allows to achieve a balance between the right of cohabiting, the right of the owner and the right of the third party acquiring the property through a sale that contributes to the dynamic legal security of real rights. In addition, a study of the protection that facto unions receive in the Cuban legal context and the viability of their members is being protected as a particular type of cohabitation. | |
