- Nuevas noticias sobre Mariano Lagasca: estudios universitarios y otros escritos(2017) Jaime Lorén, José María deThere is described the finding of the enrolment records of the famous Aragonese botanist Mariano Lagasca y Segura in the archives of the universities of Saragossa and of Valencia. Also the discovery of some unknown or very little known texts that it is necessary to add to his bibliography.
- Datos sobre los robledales de Quercus robur y Q. pyrenaica mesoéutrofos del sur de Cantabria y norte de Burgos(2017) Durán Gómez, Juan Antonio; Blanco Castro, Emilio; Martín Gil, Teófilodata about the oak forests of the south of the Autonomic Community of Cantabria and the center and the north of the province of Burgos are aported, with especial attention to the meso-eutrophic forests of Quercus robur and Q. pyrenaica.
- Aportaciones a la flora del Sistema Ibérico meridional, V(2017) García Cardo, Oscar; García Cardo, José María26 taxa of new or scarcely known vascular plants in the provinces of Cuenca, Guadalajara and Teruel are commented. We provide the first records for Achillea pyrenaica, Callitriche stagnalis y Peucedanum carvifolia in Cuenca province and Lathyrus nissolia and Juncus alpino-articulatus in Guadalajara.

- A new combination in Mauranthemum (Asteraceae)(2017) Torres, Nèstor; Maravilla, Alexis J.; Rosselló Picornell, Josep AntoniEl análisis de la variación morfólógica de las poblaciones ibicencas de Mauranthemum paludosum subsp. ebusitanum (Vogt) Vogt and Oberpr. (? Leucanthemum paludosum subsp. ebusitanum Vogt) sugiere su recoconocimiento taxonómico a nivel específico. Se propone la nueva combinación nomenclatural, Mauranthemum ebusitanum (Vogt) N. Torres and Rosselló.

Bernh.,and Gymnocarpium dryopteris (L.) Newman are quoted for the first time in Avila (C Spain). We also present new references for other interesting species like Juniperus thurifera L. and Taxus baccata L. Photos and chorologic materials, maps of both discoveries with directions about their location are provided, as well as their coordinates in grids UTM of 10×10 km.
- Situación actual de Dictamnus hispanicus Webb (Rutaceae) en la provincia de Alicante: distribución y aspectos etnobotánicos(2017) Belda Antolí, Antoni; Belenguer Barrionuevo, Roque; Zaragozí Zaragozí, Benito M.; Laguna Lumbreras, EmilioSpanish Burning bush (Dictamnus hispanicus), is a endemic species of the Eastern half of the Iberian peninsula, which has outstanding relevance in the province of Alicante (Valencian Community, Spain) due to its traditional use, as a component of the ?herberos? ? herbal spirit drinks?. However, there is still little information on other uses of the species in the same province. In order to increase this knowledge, semi-structured interviews (n=90) have been made, and information on its distribution range has been completed using Geographic Information Systems; the species has been rederred to 27 1×1 km UTM squares. 5 phytonyms in Valencian language (74.44% of the informants) and 6 in Castilian or Spanish (25.66%) have been collected. 9 applications uses have been identified: liqueurs (spirits), menstruation regulation, respiratory diseases relieve, intestinal inflammations, alleviation of hard digestion, aerophagia, bad breath, abortion, flavouring cabinets and prevention against the proliferation of moths.

- Teucrium × coeleste nothosubsp. schreberi (Labiatae), un híbrido nuevo para la flora valenciana(2017) Ferrer-Gallego, Pedro Pablo; Roselló Gimeno, Roberto; Laguna Lumbreras, Emilio; Gómez Navarro, José; Peris Gisbert, Juan BautistaSome taxonomical notes about the hybridacion between T. angustissimum y T. capitatum s.l. (sect. Polium, Labiatae) are reported. A new nothosubspecies, Teucrium ×coeleste nothosubsp. schreberi is described coming from the hybridization between T. angustissimum and T. capitatum subsp. gracillimum. A morphological description is reported, emphasizing the main diagnostic characters which allow the separation from its parent taxa.

- Adiciones al Catálogo Florístico de Soria, V: nuevas aportaciones a la familia Orobanchaceae(2017) Molina Martín, Carlos; Montamarta Prieto, Gonzalo; Eugenio Gozalbo, MarciaHere we present 5 taxa from Orobancheceae family which had not previously been recorded for Soria province, such as Orobanche cernua, Orobanche hederae, Orobanche santolinae, Phelipanche nana and Phelipanche lavandulaceoides. All of these records either enlarge previously known distribution areas, or improve their delimitations.
- De Labiatarum ibericarum hybridis novitates, 3(2017) Crespo Villalba, Manuel Benito; Alonso Vargas, María Ángeles; Camuñas, Elena; Cristóbal Fernanz, José CarlosNovelties on hybrids of Iberian Labiatae: In the framework of our studies on Iberian Labiatae, and as an advance to the fourth volume of Flora valentina,several new hybrids of Teucrium (5 nothospecies) and Sideritis (2 nothosubspecies) are here described, mostly occurring in the littoral areas of the Valencian Community (eastern Spain).
