Advocacy journalism y el derecho al honor: Comentario a la stedh de 14 junio de 2016. Caso Jiménez Losantos c. España

In this article we analyze the judgement of ECHR in the case of Jimenez Losantos v. Spain. This verdict becomes relevant for two reasons: first, because it deals with the so-called “advocacy journalism”, and second, because although recognizing that the use of certain expressions by the journalist could be reproachable deontologically, ECHR considers his conduct protected under freedom of expression
