Subretinal hemorrhages with subfoveal involvement after blunt ocular trauma, in a patient with pseudoxanthoma elasticum and angioid streaks = Hemorragias subretinianas con afectación subfoveal tras traumatismo ocular contuso, en paciente con pseudoxantoma elástico y estrías angioides

Fundus shows multiple subretinal hemorrhages (SRH)radiating from the peripapillary area, following the path of the angioid streaks, reaching the fovea and extending through the posterior pole. Optical coherence tomography shows several subretinal hyperreflective spaces, reaching the subfoveal area, congruent with the fundus SRH areas. In addition, under one of these spaces, a small fissure in Bruch's membrane (arrow)with atrophy of the underlying choriocapillary layer is visible.
