Discapacidad y consentimiento matrimonial : Comentario a la STS de España, núm. 91/2024, de 24 de enero

The art. 45 CC establishes that ?there is no marriage without marital consent? and, consistent with this requirement, the first cause of marriage annulment provided for in art. 73.1 CC is the lack of marital consent. The art. 73 CC does not provide for
