| This volume aims to highlight the Valencian territorial planning instruments of the last decade, focusing mainly on the analysis of the relationship between territorial and urban planning. Of interest, on the one hand, are the Territorial Strategy of the Valencian Community (ETCV) and the Territorial Action Plans (PAT), as plans of the highest normative rank within the planning hierarchy that must set the guidelines for the plans that develop them and, on the other hand, the Strategic Territorial Actions (ATE), the Strategic Territorial Actions (ATE) and the Territorial Action Plans (ATE), the Strategic Territorial Actions (ATE) and the General Plans (PG), insofar as they cover the path between the territorial and the urban from the determinations of the scale of the map to those of the plan, within the mixed competency framework of the regional and local administrations.Este volumen pretende poner en valor los instrumentos de planificación territorial valencianos de la última década, incidiendo fundamentalmente en el análisis de las relaciones entre el planeamiento territorial y urbanístico. Interesan, por un lado, la Estrategia Territorial de la Comunidad Valenciana (ETCV) y los Planes de Acción Territorial (PAT), como planes de mayor rango normativo dentro de la jerarquía planifícadora que deben marcar las pautas de los planes que los desarrollan y, por otro, las Actuaciones Territoriales Estratégicas (ATE) y los Planes Generales (PG), en tanto que recorren el camino entre lo territorial y lo urbanístico desde las determinaciones propias de la escala del mapa a las del plano, en el marco competencial mixto de las administraciones autonómica y local. | |
