| Abstract: This dissertation analyzes the most relevant aspects of the Diana Quer Case from the criminological-legal point of view. The criminal proceeding raised before the Jury Court is detailed and the criminal investigations and evidences of the case that permitted José Enrique Abuín Gey to be sentenced to reviewable permanent prison are examined too. | |||
