| Esta obra trata del típico triángulo amoroso entre una mujer adúltera, su marido cornudo y un sacerdote, habitual en la sátira medieval, sólo que se pasa por un tamiz renacentista al presentar unidades, escenas y actos como en la Antigüedad Clásica. Viene precedida de un estudio crítico para contextualizarla y comprender de dónde proceden los distintos elementos que la configuran. Las notas a pie tratan tanto de aspectos lingüísticos como históricos y literarios.This play presents the typical love triangle between an adulterous woman, her cuckolded husband and a priest, common in medieval satire, but here it is passed through a Renaissance optical when presenting units, scenes and acts as in Classical Antiquity. It is preceded by a critical study to contextualize it and understand where the different elements that make it up come from. The footnotes deal with linguistic as well as historical and literary aspects. | |
