The article provides a reflection on some of the most recent proposals of legal feminism within anti-discrimination law. The notion of structural discrimination is an appropriate starting point to explore two relevant aspects of anti-discrimination arguments: first, the review of the comparative rationale, and the weight given to the relevant comparator; and, second, the meaning or the purpose of the identification of gender stereotypes. This analysis reinforces the proposal to advance in anti-subordination law as a further step in this field |
