This paper analyzes the main public policies and British regulation in the immigration context, from the perspective of the right of the immigrant population to exercise their freedom of thought, conscience and religion. The British model is especially interesting, due to the powerful migratory flows that the United Kingdom has traditionally received from its former colonies and from Europe; as well as due to his extensive experience managing one of the largest cultural and religious diversities in Europe
