	El consumo de drogas es un problema social que tiene repercusiones en la salud y en el entorno de las personas consumidoras. El objetivo es describir los factores de riesgo y protección familiares en relación al consumo de drogas psicoactivas de los jóvenes adolescentes así como estudiar a la familia como eje central de la prevención del consumo de drogas psicoactivas. Se desarrolla un metaestudio cualitativo mediante una estrategia de búsqueda bibliográfica que se constituye a partir de una revisión sistemática, categorización, análisis de los resultados y discusión. Se obtiene una muestra bibliográfica de 24 estudios de naturaleza cuantitativa y cualitativa. Los resultados se organizan en 4 categorías a partir de una tabla de síntesis. La familia se constituye como factor predictor del consumo de drogas psicoactivas y protector de la misma forma.
	Drug use is a social problem that has repercussions on the health and environment of drug users. The objective is to describe the family risk and protection factors in relation to the consumption of psychoactive drugs by young adolescents, as well as to study the family as the central axis of the prevention of psychoactive drug consumption. A qualitative meta-study is developed using a reference search strategy that is constituted from a systematic literature review, categorization, analysis of results and discussion. A bibliographic sample of 24 studies of a quantitative and qualitative nature is obtained. The results are organized into 4 categories based on a synthesis table. The family constitutes itself as an indicator of psychoactive drug consumption and a protector in the same way....
