In the present study we analyze the use of the image of underage student by a school especially in the social networks. It is analyzed whether freedom of education and freedom of information can justify the use of the image of the child without the need to obtain consent. It also analyzes the use of the student?s image by the school with the consent of the minors or that of the legal representatives, as well as the intervention of the Fiscal Ministry. |
