| The article discusses the work for the house as a contribution of personal burdens of marriage and, in particular, debatable foundation of the financial compensation regulated in article 1438 of the Civil Code and the controversial case law of the Spanish Supreme Court -sitting in the leading ruling of July 14th 2011- that forgets the work represented a burden exceeding the share to be bore by that spouse considering the present Spanish social context. | |
