dc.description.abstract	Los Estados ribereños del Mediterráneo y la Comunidad Europea han adoptado diversos instrumentos políticos y jurídicos para la protección de la zona del Mar Mediterráneo contra la contaminación. De este modo, han creado un sistema ambiental regional que ha inspirado a otros acuerdos regionales a lo largo de todo el mundo bajo los auspicios del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Medio Ambiente. En este trabajo, estudio todas las medidas jurídicas y políticas adoptadas a nivel regional para prevenir, luchar, combatir y en la medida del máximo posible eliminar la contaminación de la zona del Mar Mediterráneo resultante de la explotación y explotación de la plataforma continental y del lecho marino y su subsuelo.	es_ES

dc.description.abstractenglish	The Mediterranean Coastal States and the European Community have adopted several international political and legal instruments for the protection of the Mediterranean Sea Area against pollution. Thus, they have created a regional environmental system that has inspired other regional agreements all over the world under the auspices of the United Nations Environment Programme. In this paper, I study all the legal and political measures adopted at a regional level to prevent, abate, combat and to the fullest possible extent eliminate pollution of the Mediterranean Sea Area resulting from exploration and exploitation of the continental shelf and the seabed and its subsoil.	es_ES
