| Fifty-seven patients affected from an only fracture of olecranon are collected. It is the most frequent fracture of the forearm in, ales in the second decade of life, while it is more frequent in older women. The most usual level is the middle part of the olecranon. The 7 % of the cases were associated with dislocation. The treatment was surgical, reduction with fixation supported by two Kirschner wires. | |
