| Among the different methods of ostheosynthesis, the elastic fixación (nailing) than allow small movements, don't hurt the periosteum and help the action ofimmobilization by the muscular groups, itoccupy an important place among the differences techniques of paediatric traumatology. Since sorne years ago these systems have been used every time more in adults, included in failure of others methods of treatment. The author mades a review ofbiomechanical and ostegenic basis ofthe elastic fixation and their advantages and inconvenients reported in the literature. | |||
