dc.description.abstract	Giulio Camber Barni had been author of two collections of poems, the more important La Buffa (nickname of the italian Infantry). Nowadays his poems are still an exemplary document and a very efficient witness of his wartime life. Born in Trieste (1891), in that time part of austro-hungarian Empire, conscript in italian Army willingly, irredentist, he shared the terrible experience of life in trench with his soldiers subordinates, a life made of sorrows, scares, hope, boldness, risks of losing life, moments of calmness and affectionate community.	es
