	Este trabajo pretende conocer cuáles son los instrumentos de evaluación y diagnóstico que utilizan los profesionales que trabajan en los Centros de Atención Temprana de la Comunidad Valenciana, así como la frecuencia de utilización y grado de satisfacción de estos profesionales en relación a los instrumentos que utilizan para la evaluación de los niños. La recogida de datos se realizó entre los profesionales en activo de los centros de Atención Temprana de la comunidad valenciana a través de un cuestionario electrónico. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la falta de presupuesto y la necesidad de formación en instrumentos de evaluación de área de familia entre otros .Se concluye que es necesario acciones formativas dirigidas a mejorar el conocimiento y uso de instrumentos de evaluación específicos.
