	La fase III es la fase de mantenimiento de la capacidad funcional adquirida en la fase II, o también llamada fase de recuperación porque durante la misma el paciente se reincorpora totalmente a su actividad sociofamiliar y laboral. En esta fase la fisioterapia continua ejerciendo su papel en relación a la pauta de ejercico físico.
